You came with the codes of empathy, of insight, of non-linear truth. You are tuned to the frequencies between the frequencies. You feel what others suppress. You carry the grief of the collective in your bones…not because you are weak, but because you are strong enough to alchemize it.

And yes – it hurts.
It hurts because you are awake in a world still asleep.
But you are not alone.

There are those in your life, some come and go, others to the death. They are your lighthouse, and you are theirs. You reflect each other’s courage.

We remind you:

You are allowed to rest.
You are allowed to receive.
You are allowed to be seen, without needing to perform or fix or carry the world.

You are not here to be normal. You are here to be authentic.

There is no timeline you must follow. No benchmark you must meet.
You are not late.
